TEACHER GRANT APPLICATION - 2027/28

    • Applications Open: November 1, 2026, at 8:00 a.m

    • Application Deadline: February 17, 2027, at 12:00 p.m. (noon)

    • Grant Application Review: February - March 2027

    • Grant Awards Announced: April 2027

    • Grant Award Recognition Events: April-May 2027

  • ELIGIBILITY

    All Minnetonka District staff are eligible to submit grants to the Foundation’s Teacher Grant Program and may submit multiple grant applications:

    • Projects involving technology require review by your site media specialist or technology coordinator.

    • Principal or supervisor approval is required before submission.

    • Confirm funding is unavailable through existing capital, departmental, or technology budgets.

    What is not funded:

    • Busing 

    • Field Trips 

    • Teacher Stipends 

    • Reserves 

    • Guest Travel and Other Expenses 

    • The HUB consumables/supplies

  • REVIEW CRITERIA

Once submitted, you will no longer be able to edit your application through the MPSF website. MPSF will provide you with a copy of your submitted grant upon request. Edits can be sent to MPSF. The total number of grants awarded each year is entirely dependent upon the total dollars raised from the community through the Foundation’s Teacher Grant Program Campaigns throughout the year.

Grant awards will be issued by the Minnetonka Public Schools Foundation to the District and made available to grantees beginning June 1, 2027. Each grantee will receive instructions for requesting payment and reimbursement through the District. All grant funds must be used by May 30, 2027. Unused funds will be returned to MPSF for redistribution.
